Fastest Way to The Green River: Is the fastest route: 1) 80 down through Mountain View and the 414 2) 80 to Rock Springs to 191 3) 40 to Vernal and up to Dutch John? I generally go route #1 but folks tell me #2 is faster. Thoughts?
